On average, sales prices are up over 50% from where they were last year. Yikes on bikes for Home Buyers. Wheelbarrows for your cash, Home Sellers.
The good news is we’re catching up a little bit on listings with an increase of over 3% from last year. That’s not a ton, but it’s not nothin’.
We’re up 48% since last month so that definitely deserves a high three, not a full five.
The only headscratcher for me is the number of days on market. 25 days on market? Everything I’m seeing is closer to 4. There are likely one or two dumpers out there skewing the facts.
